We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative Events Manager to join our team in Manchester. This role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of both internal and external events. From corporate functions to private gatherings, the Events Manager will ensure each event runs smoothly, exceeds client expectations, and aligns with the organization’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning: Develop detailed event proposals using the company’s Events CRM system, including timelines and budgets tailored to client specifications.
• Coordination: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all aspects of the event are seamlessly aligned.
• Venue Management: Maintain strong venue relationships and ensure communication is seamless.
• Team Leadership: Supervise event staff and contractors, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly communicated and executed.
• On & Off-Site Management: Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, troubleshooting any issues as they arise.
• Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor event budgets, control expenses, and ensure all projects are delivered within financial parameters.
• Post-Event Reporting: Conduct post-event evaluations to analyse successes, areas for improvement, and gather client feedback.
