Salary: £29,000 (+ up to £4,000 bonus) & Benefits

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We’re looking for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality products, including award-winning ales. The ideal Assistant Manager will have a keen focus on increasing sales, maximising profitability, and leading and developing a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, maintaining company policies and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations in the General Manager’s absence
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, handling challenges professionally, and fostering a positive atmosphere among staff
- Work across all site areas (bar, floor, cellar, kitchen, and office) to uphold best practices, identify areas for improvement, and share insights with the team
- Assist with office administration tasks as directed by the General Manager, ensuring all processes meet company standards
- Collaborate with marketing to stay informed on current promotions and drive customer engagement through social media and other channels
- Contribute to financial targets by managing stock processes, cost control, and staff training to enhance service quality
