Key Responsibilities

• Menu Development: Design and implement innovative, seasonal, and diverse menus that reflect our brand and appeal to a wide clientele.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, hygiene, and full compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Food Quality Control: Maintain impeccable standards of preparation, presentation, and flavour consistency across all dishes.
• Budget Management: Monitor food costs, portion control, and inventory to ensure profitability without compromising quality.
• Supplier Relations: Build and sustain relationships with suppliers to source the best quality ingredients at competitive prices.
• Customer Satisfaction: Engage with customers when needed to gather feedback and ensure a consistently memorable dining experience.

What We’re Looking For

• A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for food and events catering.
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in conference and banqueting settings.
