As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring impeccable service, and maintaining the restaurant's high standards. You will lead and inspire your team to create memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, staffing, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a small, dedicated team to deliver consistently excellent service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality in line with the restaurant’s Michelin-starred reputation.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold the restaurant’s cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a Michelin-starred or fine dining establishment.
• A passion for food, wine, and creating exceptional dining experiences.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of wine and pairing is highly desirable.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
