Head Chef
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.
Head Chef
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Bonus Package: Up to £2,000 per year (£1,000 on GP and £1,000 on salary), paid monthly
Hours: Maximum 48 hours per week

The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who thrives on creativity, leadership, and delivering exceptional food. You will have full autonomy over the menu, giving you the freedom to showcase your skills and bring new ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service.
Oversee ordering, stock control, and GP management.
Create and implement seasonal menus, ensuring innovation and consistency.
Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards.
Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff.
Work closely with management to achieve business objectives and drive profitability.
About You:
Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage GP and kitchen costs effectively.
A passion for fresh, seasonal food and creative menu development.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
