The General Manager is a commercially driven, customer-focused individual responsible for delivering strategic business objectives and achieving strong commercial returns. As a people-focused leader, they are passionate about creating a positive workplace culture, developing talent, and delivering consistently exceptional guest experiences.
This is a unique, multi-faceted role overseeing operations across the full spectrum of hotel functions—including hospitality, fitness, food & beverage, and guest services. The General Manager plays a key role in embedding a culture of quality, value, and service excellence while ensuring brand consistency and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver strategic and commercial goals across all areas of the business
Champion quality, value, and consistency in service delivery
Build an engaged and motivated team through development, reward, and recognition
Drive guest satisfaction scores, audit performance, and team engagement
Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and brand awareness
Lead recruitment, development, and succession planning for all departments
Use KPIs to identify underperformance and implement improvement plans
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior operational role within hospitality, leisure, or lifestyle sectors
A natural leader with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive results
