The Role – Chef de Partie:
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team and play a vital role in the daily running of the kitchen. You’ll be responsible for managing your own section, assisting with prep, and supporting service during busy shifts.
This is a hands-on, practical role for a Chef de Partie who is confident working in a structured setting, following brand specs, and delivering consistency across every plate. You’ll also be expected to maintain high hygiene standards, manage your mise en place effectively, and be a reliable part of the team.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll report into the senior kitchen team and be someone who can keep calm during service, step up when needed, and support across other sections if required. You’ll also play a key part in maintaining the flow and rhythm of service on both quieter and busier days.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a branded or structured kitchen environment
- A strong understanding of basic food prep, kitchen flow and branded service expectations
- Comfortable working to a set menu and following specs accurately
- A reliable, calm and focused approach – especially during busy services
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help across the kitchen
- Organised and clean working practices with a solid grasp of kitchen hygiene
- Someone who takes pride in doing the basics well and supporting a wider team effort
