We’re looking for a Head Waitress with a genuine passion for exceptional service and a background in Michelin or Rosette-level establishments. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead by example in a beautiful setting, delivering outstanding hospitality to discerning guests.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a similar role within a fine dining or high-end restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
A calm, confident presence on the floor
High attention to detail and commitment to guest experience
Team-focused with a hands-on approach
