Purpose of the Role:
Drive the implementation of group strategy to achieve commercial success, uphold brand standards, and deliver outstanding hospitality. Lead by example, inspire your team, and challenge department heads to excel and celebrate their results.
Key Performance Measures:
- Commercial: Meet budgeted revenue and EBITDA targets.
- Brand Delivery: Achieve a guest satisfaction score of 70%, CMI audit score over 85%, internal audit score over 85%, and 100% on immigration compliance.
- People Engagement: Foster team engagement through development opportunities, rewards, and a supportive culture.
Key Accountabilities:

Strategy:
- Implement and communicate the group strategy effectively.
- Design and execute a local strategy to engage department heads and monitor operational progress.
- Drive performance through Key Performance Indicators.

Brand Delivery:
- Maintain brand standards using training resources and audit measures.
- Lead by example to champion brand standards and exceptional guest service.
- Ensure a structured Duty Manager process and drive performance excellence.

Marketing:
- Communicate marketing strategies and ensure effective use of collateral.
- Network locally to enhance brand recognition and build relationships with marketing and PR agents.
- Capture and record data to optimize marketing efforts.

People Engagement:
- Drive team engagement and development to foster a strong, internally promoted management pipeline.
- Participate in recruitment and promotions, focusing on underperformance improvement.

Commercial:
- Manage payroll costs and stock control to align with revenue and profitability goals.
- Drive on-site sales through up-selling and ensure sales plans meet revenue budgets.
- Submit accurate forecasts and control costs for optimal profit conversion.

- Ensure all right-to-work documents are recorded and comply with health and safety legislation.
- Adhere to accounting processes and internal audits to manage risk.
