Hospitality Supervisor
Bolton
£25,350 per hour (rising from April 2025)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join our team in Bolton within a high volume contract catering site for blue/white collar employees. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of excellent hospitality services across board and meeting spaces for directors, overseas clients and employees. Managing operations, and driving service excellence in this daytime role with no evenings or weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding hospitality service efficiently and on time.
- Oversee the setup and delivery of the hospitality offer.
- Manage catering bookings via the in-house booking platform.
- Communicate hospitality requirements effectively to the kitchen team.
- Deliver service excellence training to team members.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, service, and presentation.
- Support in managing the P&L and associated financials.
- Handle all related administration tasks.
- Manage and champion daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all processes, procedures, and checklists.
- Take ownership of your designated section.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Review the menu and maintain inventory.
- Follow budgets set by the Operations Manager.
- Order hospitality products and monitor food production.
- Manage food and staff costs.
- Train team members and ensure consistency in portions and quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within either contract catering and or hospitality
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to think on your feet
- Ability to monitor and manage budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with the kitchen and team members.
- Pre-employment security and DBS checks will be required prior to the start date.
