Key Responsibilities:

  • Take control of the Pastry Area
  • Design new dessert ideas in collaboration with the Executive Chef
  • Prepare and deliver training for team development
  • Assist with training, induction, and development of the kitchen brigade
  • Control wastage and maintain food costs
  • Ensure food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards
  • Focus on guest care and service consistently
  • Ensure presentation, taste, texture, and quantity standards are met
  • Stay adaptable with menu changes to align with customer demands and company policies
