Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our Michelin-starred, multi-AA Rosette awarded fine dining restaurant in North Wales. Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a Michelin Star or similarly high-standard culinary environment, ideally within a hotel
• Expert knowledge of British cuisine and advanced culinary techniques
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and present dishes showcasing seasonal ingredients and personal culinary style
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and leading a team to culinary excellence
• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to creating unparalleled dining experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire the kitchen team to uphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste
• Develop and execute seasonal menus that highlight the best of British ingredients using sophisticated culinary techniques
• Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring adherence to the highest standards
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and cost management to maximize profitability while maintaining quality
