Location: Manchester
Salary: £28,000 per year
Hours: Full-time, flexible shifts

We’re looking for a confident and hands-on Hospitality Supervisor to join a dynamic team at a busy, fast-paced venue in Manchester. If you're passionate about delivering great service, enjoy leading a team, and thrive in a lively environment, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the management team with the day-to-day running of the venue

Leading and motivating front-of-house and bar teams

Ensuring high standards of service and a positive guest experience

Assisting with stock control, rota planning, and compliance

Supporting the coordination of events and busy service periods

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality

A strong team player who leads by example

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service

Confidence in handling a fast-paced environment
