Head Chef – £60,000 + Pension – Live In Available
We’re looking for a talented Head Chef to take the reins at a busy and prestigious property. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef to lead a large brigade and make their mark.
The Role:
Lead a team of 14 chefs across multiple outlets
Oversee 2x banqueting suites (up to 800 covers)
Manage an à la carte restaurant (140 covers)
Support the sports bar (100 covers)
Drive menu development and maintain high standards across all areas
What We’re Looking For:
Strong banqueting experience with the ability to handle high-volume service
A creative chef passionate about menu development
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
A track record of improving kitchen standards and consistency
What’s On Offer:
