We are looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team at a stunning venue in Windermere. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and training the housekeeping team
- Ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned to a high standard
- Implementing and maintaining hygiene and safety procedures
- Organising staff rotas and schedules
- Conducting room inspections and quality checks
- Managing stock levels and ordering supplies
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Head Housekeeper or in a senior housekeeping role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and health and safety regulations
