An esteemed lakeside hotel with a reputation for luxury and exceptional service is expanding its management team. With over 50 beautifully appointed bedrooms, fine dining and brasserie restaurants, a spa, pool, and extensive conference facilities, the hotel boasts an enviable setting offering uninterrupted views of the lake district
To support its continued growth, we are seeking a Sales Office Manager to take full responsibility for driving revenue and developing sales strategies, working alongside a dedicated central support team.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development – Proactively identifying and securing new revenue opportunities across leisure, corporate, and M&E sectors. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Marketing & Communication – Ensuring all guest communications and sales materials reflect the highest standards. Managing social media channels to enhance brand awareness and generate enquiries.
Sales Office Management – Overseeing all aspects of the sales function, from tracking and converting enquiries to ensuring operational teams receive precise and detailed function sheets.
