Salary: £34,000 per year + Bonus
Hours: Full-time, flexible shifts
We are looking for a Hospitality Manager to lead a vibrant and welcoming venue in Darlington. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading from the front—supporting the team on the floor, behind the bar, and engaging with guests
- Ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere
- Managing and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including stock control, compliance, and service standards
- Driving sales and enhancing the overall guest experience
- Managing bookings and events to maximise business opportunities
