Sous chef role;

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen staff, ensuring food preparation meets the restaurant's standards, and maintaining a smooth service during both regular dining and event functions.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of dishes for both the brasserie menu and custom menus for private events, ensuring consistency and quality across all offerings.
  • Monitor ingredient levels, place orders with suppliers, and ensure sufficient stock for daily operations and large-scale functions without excessive waste.Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring all dishes meet quality expectations while complying with health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with the restaurant and event coordinators to align kitchen operations with customer expectations, ensuring smooth service for both à la carte dining and special events.
  • Manage, train and mentor  junior team members
