We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to join a well-established gastro pub in the Ribble Valley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hospitality experience to take on a leadership role in a busy and welcoming venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the pub
- Lead by example, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Assist in staff training, development, and motivation
- Help manage stock control and ordering
- Ensure all health and safety regulations and licensing laws are followed
- Handle customer queries and resolve any service issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for providing high-quality customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
