An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Chef de Partie to join a well-regarded restaurant in Darwen. If you have rosette experience and a passion for high-quality food, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

The Role:

  • Salary: £30,000 per year
  • Service Charge: £400 - £500 per month
  • Benefits: Uniforms & staff meals provided

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a rosette-standard kitchen
  • Strong skills in fresh food preparation and high-end cooking techniques
  • A passion for delivering consistent, high-quality dishes
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting the senior chefs in food preparation and service
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
