Café /Restaurant Duty Manager 
 Uppermill, near Oldham (25 minutes from Manchester)

£14ph doe- weekly pay

We are supporting a café/restaurant who are passionate about creating exceptional experiences. As an award-winning independent Coffee House and Restaurant in the heart of Uppermill they are dedicated to showcasing the best seasonal flavours, sourced locally from artisans and growers. The venue offers a welcoming home-from-home environment during the day and transforms into an indulgent restaurant by night.

We’re looking for a Relief Duty Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day running of this cool dog friendly café and restaurant.

Key Details:

  • Role: Relief Duty Manager
  • Responsibilities: Overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining excellent service standards, and ensuring the smooth running of both the café and evening steak restaurant.
  • Opening Hours:
    • Sunday to Wednesday: 8 am - 5 pm
    • Thursday to Saturday: 8 am - late

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in managing a café or restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Passion for quality food, coffee, and customer service.
  • Immediate availability
  • Happy to work around a dog friendly environment 
  • Able to work a mix of daytime and evening shifts - including weekends
