What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Recruitment & Selection: Screening, interviewing, and selecting the best talent for our events. 

• Scheduling: Ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. 

• Compliance: Verifying right-to-work documentation and ensuring legal requirements are met. 

• On-Site Management: Overseeing events, checking in staff, addressing any on-the-day challenges, and ensuring smooth event operations. 

• Client Liaison: Building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service. 

• Staff Support: Taking care of your team members’ welfare, ensuring they are paid accurately and on time, and attending site meetings as needed. 

• Problem Solving: Handling “on call” duties to ensure everything runs seamlessly, even at short notice. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar sector (such as chefs, bar managers, etc.)—your industry knowledge will be key to your success! 

• Confidence & Communication Skills: Ability to engage with clients and staff confidently, both on the phone and in person. 

• Organisational Skills: You’ll need to juggle multiple events, clients, and schedules, keeping everything running like clockwork. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365: Strong working knowledge of Office applications is essential. 

• A full driving license and access to your own vehicle—willingness to travel to different events around the UK (expenses covered).
