What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Operations Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind our staffing solutions for contract catering clients. Your role will include:

• Recruitment & Team Management: Screening, interviewing, and recruiting top-tier staff specifically for contract catering roles in corporate environments, schools, hospitals, and other locations.
• Ensuring Compliance: Managing right-to-work checks and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
• Staff Scheduling: Efficiently scheduling staff for contract catering assignments, ensuring smooth operation across multiple venues.
• Client Communication: Regularly liaising with contract catering managers to understand staffing requirements and provide excellent service.
• Event Management: Overseeing the staffing and smooth execution of key catering events, from conferences to large corporate functions.
• On-Call Duties: Being the point of contact for staff, ensuring all shifts are covered and running smoothly.
• Payroll Processing: Managing timesheets and ensuring staff are paid promptly and accurately for their work.

What You’ll Bring:

We’re seeking candidates who have:

• Experience or knowledge in the contract catering or hospitality sector
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence to manage multiple projects and staff at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• A proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure
