About the Role:
As the Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, and manage the team and day to day running in their absence.
Ideal Profile:
- A background in high volume restaurant/ conference and events
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a kitchen team.
- A successful track record in kitchen management, including overseeing operations, staff management, and achieving culinary excellence.
- High attention to detail, especially in maintaining food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure a professional, safe, and cost-effective environment.
- Maintain clear communication between kitchen and Front of House staff.
- Ensure food is prepared and served according to company standards, working with branded menus enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to food hygiene and Health & Safety regulations as per HACCP and EHO directives.
