Hotel Duty Manager Ideal Profile:
- Experience: Proven experience working in luxury or Michelin star hotel environments, demonstrating a deep understanding of the high standards expected in such settings.
- Guest Service: A commitment to delivering unparalleled guest service, with a focus on creating unique and memorable experiences for each guest.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve excellence in every aspect of hotel operations.
- Operational Management: Competence in managing daily operations while also contributing to strategic planning and implementation of processes that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial reports and budgeting, with the ability to assist in managing budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
Hotel Duty Manager Responsibilities:
