WE’RE RECRUITING – EXPERIENCED BAR STAFF
Location: Ribchester, Lancashire
Hours: Minimum 16 hours per week
Hourly Rate: Competitive, based on experience
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join a friendly and welcoming team at an active bar and events space in Ribchester.
We’re looking for a real people person who thrives in a busy hospitality environment, enjoys delivering excellent customer service and takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, members and guests.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous Bar Experience: Essential, with confidence working in a busy bar and events environment.
* Cellar Knowledge: Experience with cellar duties, beer line maintenance and maintaining excellent standards of beer quality.
* Excellent Customer Service: A friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and events.
* Team Player: Reliable, hardworking, proactive and happy to get involved in all aspects of the operation.
* Events Experience: Comfortable supporting a variety of functions, events and busy social occasions.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a thriving community venue with an active bar, regular events and a welcoming atmosphere.
The position offers a minimum of 16 hours per week, with flexibility required to support the needs of the business.
Hourly pay is competitive and will be based on experience.
