Mint People is a leading staffing agency, and we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Stewarding Staff to join our growing team in Chelsea. What We're Looking For:

• Experience – Previous stewarding or event experience is preferred but not essential.

• Customer Focus – A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent service.

• Professionalism – Smart appearance, reliability, and excellent communication skills.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcoming and directing guests — checking tickets and helping spectators find the correct entrances, stands, blocks and seats.

• Crowd management — helping maintain safe movement around concourses, entrances, exits and seating areas.

• Monitoring spectator areas — watching for potential safety issues, overcrowding, antisocial behaviour or anything requiring escalation.

• Supporting entry and exit procedures — managing queues and helping ensure spectators enter and leave safely and efficiently.

• Emergency procedures — knowing evacuation routes and following instructions from supervisors/security in the event of an incident.

• Customer service — answering questions and providing a friendly, helpful point of contact throughout the event.

• Enforcing venue rules — politely challenging prohibited behaviour/items where appropriate and escalating issues to security or a supervisor.

• Keeping access routes clear — particularly gangways, stairways, emergency exits and disabled-access areas.

• Reporting incidents — promptly informing supervisors of accidents, hazards, medical incidents or security concerns.
