Mint People is a leading staffing agency, and we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Merchandise Staff to join our growing team in Dublin. You'll have the opportunity to work at concerts, sporting events, festivals, and other high-profile venues, helping fans take home unforgettable memories.

What We're Looking For:
Experience – Previous retail, merchandise, customer service, hospitality, or event experience is preferred but not essential.
Customer Focus – A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent service.
Flexibility – Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event days.
Team Player – Able to work well with others in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Professionalism – Smart appearance, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
What You'll Be Doing:
Selling official event merchandise to customers.
Operating tills and handling card and cash payments accurately.
Replenishing stock and keeping merchandise displays tidy and well presented.
Assisting customers with product enquiries and sizing.
Working efficiently during busy event periods while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Supporting your team to ensure merchandise outlets operate smoothly throughout the event.
