Key Responsibilities

• Washing pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.

• Keeping all kitchen areas clean, tidy, and hygienic.

• Operating dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.

• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when required.

• Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of correctly.

• Cleaning kitchen equipment, work surfaces, floors, and storage areas.

• Receiving and storing deliveries in the correct locations.

• Restocking cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials.

• Following all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.

• Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
