Mint People are recruiting enthusiastic, energetic and customer-focused Bartenders to join our team at one of Manchester's premier entertainment arenas, hosting over 150 world-class concerts, comedy shows, sporting events and live performances every year!

Your Role
As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of the action, serving guests quickly, professionally and with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
🍺 Serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.
🍸 Preparing and pouring drinks to venue standards.
💳 Processing customer payments using the till system.
🍷 Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar throughout service.
📦 Replenishing stock and assisting with cellar and bar preparation where required.
🧼 Following all food hygiene, licensing and health & safety procedures.
😊 Delivering exceptional customer service, even during busy peak periods.
🤝 Working as part of a friendly, professional team to ensure smooth service at every event.
What We're Looking For
Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential.
A positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
Confidence working in a busy, high-volume environment.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team.
Applicants must be 18 years or over due to the sale of alcohol.
