Chef de Partie (CDP) – Daytime Café
Location: North Yorkshire
Pay: £18 per hour Competitive (depending on experience)
Hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm

Are you a passionate Chef de Partie looking for a better work-life balance? We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic CDP to join our friendly team at our busy North Yorkshire café.
Enjoy daytime-only shifts from 9:00am to 4:00pm, with your evenings free. The role includes a mixture of midweek and weekend shifts, offering variety within a supportive and welcoming kitchen.

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality breakfast, brunch, and lunch dishes while maintaining excellent standards throughout service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present fresh, high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard.
Manage your designated section and ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation in line with Food Safety and HACCP regulations.
Ensure food is prepared efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress.
A passion for fresh, quality food and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
A positive, reliable, and professional attitude.
Food Hygiene certification is desirable.
