Countryside Pub & Restaurant | Ribble Valley
£17.00 per hour | Minimum 40 hours per week
We're looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at our busy countryside pub and restaurant in the heart of the Ribble Valley.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running your own section of the kitchen while working closely with the Head Chef and wider team. Your duties will include:
Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes to a consistently high standard.
Managing your designated section efficiently during service.
Assisting with menu development and daily specials.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
Ensuring food is stored, labelled and rotated correctly.
Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering and stock control.
Minimising food waste and maintaining cost-effective kitchen practices.
Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff where required.
Working as part of a professional and friendly team to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis Chef ready to step up.
Passion for fresh, seasonal food and quality cooking.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A positive attitude and excellent teamwork.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.
