Your Role

As a member of our luxury housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards and ensuring every guest enjoys a flawless stay, including:

✨ Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms, suites, and public areas to the highest luxury standards.

🛏️ Making beds, changing linens, and ensuring rooms are beautifully presented and guest-ready.

🧹 Maintaining immaculate cleanliness throughout guest areas, corridors, and back-of-house spaces.

🧺 Replenishing guest amenities, toiletries, towels, and refreshments as required.

🔍 Conducting detailed room inspections to ensure all areas meet 5-star presentation standards.

🚪 Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

🧼 Following strict hygiene, health & safety, and housekeeping procedures at all times.

😊 Contributing to exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail and pride in your work.

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous housekeeping experience within hotels, luxury hospitality venues, private households, or serviced accommodation preferred.

✔ Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.

✔ Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.

✔ Reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

✔ A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

✔ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends when required.
