Your Role

As a Hospitality Food Runner, you'll play an important part in ensuring guests receive a seamless dining experience by supporting the front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

🍽️ Delivering food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests in hospitality suites, restaurants, and VIP areas.

📋 Ensuring all dishes are presented correctly and match service standards before leaving the kitchen.

🏃 Supporting waiting staff during busy service periods to ensure efficient operations.

🧹 Clearing tables and assisting with resetting dining areas throughout service.

🍴 Assisting with the setup and preparation of hospitality areas before guests arrive.

✨ Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all service areas.

🤝 Working closely with chefs, kitchen teams, and front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

😊 Providing friendly, professional service and assisting guests when required.

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous hospitality, restaurant, catering, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.

✔ A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

✔ Professional appearance and a guest-focused approach.

✔ Reliable, punctual, and able to remain calm under pressure.
