Mint People are currently recruiting experienced and passionate Head Chefs to join our team working across a range of exciting venues in the area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled chefs looking for flexible work, excellent rates of pay, and the chance to work within some of the region’s leading hospitality and event venues.

• £20 per hour
• Weekly pay every Friday (with two weeks in hand)

Mint People are one of the UK’s leading providers of Hospitality and Leisure staff. We are well known within the hospitality and events sector for supplying experienced, reliable, and professional staff to outstanding venues across the UK.
Unlike many agencies, we only recruit when we have work available — and we have plenty of it.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Managing the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety
• Ensuring all food safety procedures are followed
• Managing stock control and kitchen orders
• Supervising and supporting kitchen staff
• Managing food GP and controlling wastage
• Assisting with menu planning and development
• Delivering high-quality, hands-on food service during busy operations
We are looking for confident and reliable Head Chefs who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering exceptional standards.
Driving and access to your own vehicle would be beneficial, as some venues may be in remote locations.
Please note all applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK and possess a strong level of spoken and written English.
