Mint People are looking for talented, enthusiastic, and passionate Baristas to join our team across a range of exciting venues in your area.
As a leading provider of Hospitality & Leisure staff in England, Mint People are renowned within the hospitality and events industry for supplying top-quality talent. Unlike many others, we only recruit when we have work available—and right now, we have plenty!
Taking customer orders with a friendly, professional approach
Preparing high-quality drinks, including coffee and other beverages
Grinding coffee beans and operating coffee machines
Maintaining cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and seating areas
Following health and safety regulations at all times
Restocking displays and supplies
Preparing light food and snacks
About You:
Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you’re reliable, hardworking, and passionate about great service, we’d love to hear from you.
Having a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is highly desirable, as some venues may be in remote locations.
Requirements:
Right to live and work in the UK
Strong level of spoken and written English
