Immediate Start – Interim Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Interim Restaurant Manager for a hotel in Formby. This is a hands-on role for someone confident in leading from the front and managing a busy restaurant environment.
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in 4-star hotels (minimum)
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Highly organised, professional, and proactive
✔ Able to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
✔ Must have own transport and be able to commute to Formby( No Live in)
✔ Available for an immediate start
Shift Pattern:
🕛 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM shifts
You’ll be responsible for running service, managing staff, maintaining high standards, and ensuring an excellent guest experience at all times.
