The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead a dynamic sports venue, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, sport, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue
Lead, inspire, and develop a large team across multiple departments
Drive revenue through events, memberships, and food & beverage offerings
Ensure outstanding customer service standards at all times
Manage budgets, P&L, and financial performance
Build strong relationships within the local community and sports networks
Deliver and execute events, match days, and functions seamlessly
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader within hospitality, leisure, or sports venues
Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving revenue
Exceptional leadership and people management skills
Experience managing large teams and high-volume operations
Passionate about sport, events, and delivering memorable guest experiences
Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
