As Restaurant Director, you will hold full responsibility for the overall guest experience, leading a highly skilled front-of-house team and ensuring service delivery reflects the standards of a 2 Michelin-star restaurant. This role requires a confident, polished hospitality leader with an exceptional fine-dining background and strong wine knowledge, capable of inspiring the team while maintaining the warmth and personality that define truly world-class dining.
Ideal Profile
Proven experience operating at 2 Michelin-star level within elite fine-dining environments
Outstanding wine knowledge, with the confidence to advise guests and support the sommelier team
Inspirational leader with a strong track record of developing high-performing front-of-house teams
Impeccable attention to detail and a relentless commitment to guest excellence
Commercially astute, experienced in managing budgets, payroll and performance targets
Calm, composed and solutions-focused under pressure
Key Responsibilities
Lead the entire front-of-house operation, delivering flawless, world-class service standards
Work in close partnership with the senior kitchen team to ensure a seamless dining journey
Drive team performance through coaching, training and structured development
Maintain exceptional wine service standards, supporting pairings and guest recommendations
Manage rotas, staffing levels and departmental costs in line with business objectives
Ensure full compliance with operational procedures, health & safety and industry best practice
