Working closely with senior leadership and the kitchen team, you’ll take full ownership of the front-of-house operation, leading from the floor, developing the team and ensuring every guest journey reflects the restaurant’s reputation and ambition.

Proven experience in Michelin-starred and multi-rosette restaurants
Strong floor presence with a hands-on leadership style
Exceptional attention to detail across service, standards and presentation
Confident managing and developing high-performing teams
Commercially aware with experience of budgets, rotas and GP control
Passionate about hospitality, guest experience and team culture
