The Role: Recruitment Consultant

You’ll take ownership of permanent recruitment across the Permanent Recruitment, managing client relationships and candidate pipelines from initial brief through to placement. This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role where quality, service, and long-term partnerships matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full 360° permanent recruitment process for back-of-house chef roles

• Source, screen, and place high-quality culinary professionals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Proactively develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector

• Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and industry networks to attract top talent

• Conduct interviews and present detailed candidate profiles to clients

• Manage urgent and confidential vacancies with professionalism and pace

• Maintain accurate records on internal systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous recruitment experience (hospitality or chef recruitment highly desirable)

• Strong client management and business development skills

• Excellent communication skills, particularly when engaging with chefs

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines

• Proactive, resilient, and commercially minded
