We’re hiring festival bar staff to work an incredible weekend of events in Winchester from 29th–31st August. If you’ve got energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude, we want you behind the bar with us.

🍹 What You’ll Be Doing

Serving with Speed

Pouring pints, mixing drinks, and keeping the queues moving fast without compromising quality.

Taking Orders & Payments

Using handheld devices or tills to take orders accurately and handle payments confidently.

Keeping it Clean

Wiping, restocking, and keeping the bar tidy throughout service, no mess, no stress.

Supporting the Team

Bar backing, stock runs, and helping your teammates when things get hectic.

• You’re friendly, reliable, and ready to graft.
• You work well under pressure and actually enjoy the buzz.
• You can follow instructions, stay professional, and bring the good vibes.
• You’re over 18 (you’ll be serving alcohol).
• No experience? No problem. Full briefing and on-the-job support will be provided.

❓ Festival Bar Staff – FAQs

Do I need experience to work at the festival?

No experience needed! If you’re reliable, friendly, and ready to work, we’ll show you the ropes.

How do I get paid?

We pay weekly (every Friday) once your two weeks in hand are completed. You’ll be paid directly into your bank account.

What should I wear?

You’ll be told in advance what to wear, but usually it’s all-black clothing and comfortable, closed-toe shoes. No logos or branding.

Will I get a break during the shift?

Yes, breaks are scheduled depending on shift length and festival site rules.

Can I work with my friends?

If you’re both booked for the same shifts, we’ll do our best to place you together, but we can’t guarantee it.

What kind of shifts will I be working?

Shifts are typically 8–10 hours and can include daytime or evening hours depending on the event schedule.
