Mint People are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Public Area Cleaners to join our dedicated housekeeping team at a prestigious Hotel and Golf Club. This role is essential in ensuring our public areas remain spotless, welcoming, and up to the high standards our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, lounges, and outdoor areas.
- Carry out regular cleaning schedules including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, and waste disposal.
- Respond promptly to guest and staff requests for cleaning or maintenance in public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant department.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to hotel brand standards and health and safety guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous cleaning experience in a hotel, resort, or similar environment is essential.
- A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
