Salary: £33,100 per annum plus £2,000 Tips

We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a high-quality hospitality venue in the heart of Skipton. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional kitchen that prides itself on delivering outstanding food using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations
Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
Take responsibility for your designated section during service
Assist in training and mentoring junior team members
Contribute to menu development and dish innovation
Manage stock control and maintain accurate records

About You:
Proven experience in a similar CDP role, ideally within a high-standard restaurant or hotel kitchen
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
A passion for food and a commitment to quality
Knowledge of current food hygiene and safety standards
A positive and professional approach to service
