RESTAURANT MANAGER – SKIPTON
Location: Skipton, in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales
Salary: Up to £38,000 plus approximately £2,000 in tips
Hours: Full-time, permanent
We are looking for a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to lead a well-regarded venue in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. This is more than just a management role — it’s an opportunity to shape the guest experience, inspire your team, and bring new ideas to life.
You’ll be at the forefront of developing the restaurant’s offering, working closely with the wider team to drive quality, creativity, and growth. You’ll lead by example, support your team’s development, and play an active role in launching new projects and initiatives that keep the venue fresh, exciting, and successful.
What We’re Looking For:
A confident and experienced leader with a proven track record in restaurant management
Someone who thrives on creativity and brings fresh ideas to the table
Strong team leadership skills, with a focus on coaching, development, and collaboration
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Operational and financial know-how, including rota planning, stock management, and cost control
A proactive mindset and the ability to lead projects from concept to execution
