We’re looking for an Assistant Hospitality Manager to help lead the operation of a vibrant and welcoming venue in Darlington.

ASSISTANT HOSPITALITY MANAGER – FUN & ENERGETIC VENUE
Location: Darlington
Salary: £29,000 per year + Bonus
Hours: Full-time, flexible shifts

We’re looking for an Assistant Hospitality Manager to help lead the operation of a vibrant and welcoming venue in Darlington. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with supervisory experience in hospitality who is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the Hospitality Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the venue

Leading by example on the floor and behind the bar

Assisting in team management, training and development

Helping to maintain high service standards, stock control and compliance

Supporting the coordination of events and ensuring excellent guest experiences

Contributing to sales growth and maintaining a fun, customer-focused environment

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality

A proactive, hands-on approach and a strong team ethic

A passion for delivering great service and creating positive guest experiences

Organised, reliable and confident in a fast-paced setting

Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team
