Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 DOE
We are working with a stunning high-end gastro pub nestled in the heart of the Ribble Valley, known for exceptional food, outstanding service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are now looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the team and drive continued success.
What’s on offer:
Competitive salary between £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
Autonomy to run the venue with the support of an established ownership team

The Role:
Full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the pub
Leading, managing, and motivating the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
Financial accountability including stock control, budgets, forecasting, and GP management
Recruiting, training, and developing team members
Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure a consistent high standard of food and service
About You:
Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-quality pub or restaurant environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
A real passion for food, drink, and hospitality
Financially astute with a commercial mindset
Ability to build relationships and lead by example
