About the Role
You’ll oversee the full catering function, from managing kitchen operations and leading a dynamic team, to maintaining food safety standards and ensuring top-tier service delivery. This is a key position working closely with hotel clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading, inspiring and managing a catering team including chefs and logistics personnel
Being hands-on with food preparation and service during peak times
Managing budgets, food cost of sales, payroll and inventory
Ensuring compliance with HACCP and all food hygiene and health & safety standards
Collaborating on menu planning and maintaining service excellence
Monitoring supplier performance and managing procurement efficiently
Overseeing staff training, development, and performance reviews
Building strong client relationships within the hotel environment
You’ll Need
Proven experience in managing large-scale or hotel catering operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent understanding of food hygiene, health & safety regulations (HACCP, COSHH, etc.)
Budget and cost-control expertise
A hands-on approach and commitment to delivering quality
