We’re recruiting for a Cafeteria Supervisor to join our driven team based in Huddersfield!

Mint People are the leading provider of Hospitality & Leisure people in England. We are unrivaled and renowned in the hospitality and events sector for having the very best people in our portfolio. 

Schedule: Monday to Friday 07:00-14:30

Key Responsibilities

    • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the smooth and efficient running of the cafeteria, ensuring high service standards.
    • Team Leadership & Training: motivate staff to provide outstanding service and product knowledge.
    • Customer Service: Lead by example, ensuring all customers receive a top-notch experience and handling any customer concerns professionally.
    • Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage ordering, and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
    • Health & Safety Compliance:     Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role 
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines
