We’re looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join a well-established, high-volume pub/restaurant in Clitheroe. This is a busy site serving a traditional British menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, have a strong passion for fresh food, and enjoy working as part of a committed team, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in a fresh food, high-volume kitchen

• Commitment to hygiene, food safety and consistency
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach
